Spring 2023 MassBay Virtual Yoga
The MassBay Department of Athletics is once again excited to partner with certified E-RYT200 yoga instructor Peter Kelly to provide two virtual yoga classes each week during the Spring 2023 semester.
Starting January 20th, the hour long classes will take place on Tuesday evenings at 6pm, and Friday afternoons at 2pm.
These FREE sessions are open to all MassBay students, faculty, and staff.

All Levels Yoga
This class is designed for a slow-paced Vinyasa Flow, combining breath, movement, and alignment in a setting for all levels.
The goal will be to achieve greater core strength, balance, and flexibility in ones everyday life. Each class will end with a relaxing period of meditation.
If available, please bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a strap to class (not required however).
